Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Spendr. By using Spendr on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Use of the service

You may use Spendr to connect authorised billing and usage sources and analyse your organisation’s technology spend. You must keep access details secure and provide only data and credentials you are permitted to use.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for your organisation’s accounts, provider permissions, connected data, and decisions made using Spendr’s reports. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

Service availability

We work to keep Spendr reliable and secure, but the service may occasionally change or be unavailable. Cost data can be delayed or revised by its original provider and should be validated before material financial decisions.

Intellectual property

Spendr and its software remain our property. Your organisation retains its rights in the data it provides.
